What are OrdinalHub Badges?

OrdinalHub has our own 1,000 item collection on Bitcoin Ordinals called "OrdinalHub Badges". What are OrdinalHub Badges & why might you want to own one?

OrdinalHub Badges were a limited drop to the early community members of OrdinalHub to show our appreciation, and to teach onboarding and storage. There will only ever be 1,000 badges!

Creation + Initial Airdrop

OrdinalHub badges are a collection of 1,000 Inscriptions on Bitcoin Ordinals. The custom art was produced by the OrdinalHub design team and we inscribed 1,000 Badges on March, 21, 2023 in the 261,548 - 297,110 number range.

When OrdinalHub launched our Discord Server, we airdropped over 400 of the badges to the first 1,000 users to join the server & submit an airdrop address.

History

We have used the OrdinalHub Badges to give early access to new products we launch, such as Quadkey or our Inscription Tool.

We have allowed Badgeholders several whitelisting & free mint drops, such as Ordinals Egg, Cypherpunk Ghosts, and Bitcoin Whales.

We have given out about 1 badge per week since the initial badge airdrop. You can participate in the Badge Giveways by following our social media and watching our Livestreams, particularly our Twitter and Youtube Channel.

Current status

Currently there are over 427 unique addresses & holders of OrdinalHub Badges. You can see holder distribution on the Collection Detail page on OrdinalHub. The largest address is our Treasury address.

We also have a dedicated channel Category for Badgeholders on our discord where we occasionally drop alpha or badgeholders either about upcoming drops or ecosystem news.

Future Plans

OrdinalHub Badges do not promise utility or floor price increase. However we do plan on continuing to allow holders of OrdinalHub Badges occasional early access to products & tools we release. For example, Badgeholders may receive discounts on our Inscription service in the future!
